Frame Bio

Development Strategy Partnership
Visit Live Site
The Frame Bio website on desktop and mobile, showing the Skin Bone Axis hero and the Product Development section

A pre-clinical biotech startup developing targeted therapies for bone, cartilage and other connective tissues.

Role: Development, technical strategy

Client: Frame Bio

Stack: Astro, Netlify, Umami

What Frame Bio Needed

Frame Bio needed a site for its brand launch. It had to explain complex science in plain language and back up every claim, without reading like a research paper.

The Architecture

References on every claim. Each section of the science (the skin-bone axis, the delivery technology, the product lines) has a References button that opens the cited papers, with links to each one. The page stays readable, and the sources are one click away.

Each section's References button opens the papers behind it.

One static page. A pre-clinical startup doesn't need a CMS yet, so the site is a single static Astro page: About, Our Tech, Products, Pipeline and Contact. The contact form runs on Netlify Forms, and Umami tracks visits without cookies.

The drug development pipeline, from discovery to IND-enabling.
The hero, a product line and the pipeline on a phone.

How It Turned Out

The site launched with the brand and has been stable since. I keep the dependencies current.
